Default Mentor for ECSA appl. - Process Design

To register with ECSA as a candidate engineer requires a mentor who is already registered as a professional engineer to supervise the candidacy “training” period. The company that I work for however, is small and does not have its own registered professional engineers.
I am currently employed as a process engineer and our work is mainly in the food & beverages industry. My main responsibilities are process design, generating P&IDs, specifying equipment sizes and drawing up the corresponding spec-sheets.

I hope there is someone who is able to help me with mentorship problem. Any help whatsoever would be much appreciated.

Dear Mr Joubert,
Whereabouts do you work ?
